Torres del Paine

Located in Chile's southern Patagonia region, Torres del Paine park attracts hikers from around the world. The attraction - the spectacular scenery & the challenge of the W Trail. Named W Trail because the trail goes in and out of glacier filled valleys and forms a W when viewed on a map. Our hike to the towers was one part of the W, one the most challenging and spectacular.

After 3 & 1/2 hours of hiking & with a boulder field making your final climb very challenging - you reach the towers. The view of the Torres (towers) of del Paine, make the hike well worth the effort !!
